At Chiltern Heating & Gas Services we pride ourselves on our transparent pricing. In line with trading standards all prices shown are inclusive of VAT at 20%. We aim to keep our new and repeat customers satisfied and will always charge fairly and correctly with no hidden costs.

1 hour minimum charge on all jobs, after the first hour all works are charged by the 1/2 hour.
Some replacements of standard heating system components will have a flat rate price.
If the work requires further time, parts or materials then we will always endevour to give a fixed price quotation.
If the required parts and materials can be collected on the same day then a 1/2 hour charge will be applied.
All Prices are subject to VAT at 20%
All parts come with a one year manufacturers guarantee.
All invoices will be sent by email or post once the work is complete.

* Including one boiler and cooking appliance, all additional gas appliances will be charged at £25 each.
** The Gas Industry Safety Regulations are constantly being updated. On most occasions the gas pipework behind the old cooker will need upgrading in order to meet the current industry safety standards.
*** On the basis that the replacement hob will be fitted in the existing precut hole in the kitchen worktop. The original hob pipework will allways need altering to fit the new hob.
**** There are varying control types from different manufacturers that cater to different consumer requirements, accordingly prices do vary. Please call for more information.
***** Powerflushing prices are all dependant on the particular system and the number of radiators involved. Up to the first ten radiators is charged at £560, each additional radiator after this is charged at an additional £20.
